About the By-Laws
The IAPSC By-Laws established by the IAPSC Board of Directors are a set of rules that govern how IAPSC operates. The By-Laws cover the structure of the association, titles, responsibilities, and qualifications of the officers, how and when meetings are held, voting, duties of the members, etc. The IAPSC By-Laws can be found in their entirety by going to the Members Section of the website.
