Secured Cities
In an ongoing effort to maintain the highest visibility of the IAPSC, we have entered into an agreement to formally participate in the upcoming “
Secured Cities” on Nov. 4-6 | Baltimore, MD. The objectives of our participation are to educate the purchasing community on common spaces in which many of you work (e.g. education, higher education, government, healthcare) on the IAPSC, the value of utilizing a security consultant on projects and how to use the IAPSC web site to locate a specific type of consultant or one in a specific geographical area. As part of our participation, Secured Cities is providing a 10 x 10 exhibit space at Secured Cities at which we will have the IAPSC web site on display to demonstrate to end users how to navigate and search for a client. We are in need of volunteers for the booth and I have started to solicit some volunteers. We have the IAPSC logo displayed on the Secured Cities site and we have reciprocated with them on our site.
The IAPSC will also be able to develop and present a panel of our choosing; so this will be a nice opportunity to educate potential new clients. The IAPSC will also have a meeting room we can use in the event any of our members will be there with current or potential clients and need to have a meeting.
The IAPSC will have the opportunity to contribute to two feature articles for the Secured Cities newsletters between August to November. If anyone is interested in contributing to a piece, please contact
Frank Pisciotta.
